Collection Canon

Canon is a cutlery set designed to restore balance, control, and comfort in each move.
The knife introduces an asymmetrical inflection in its body, creating a natural support for the finger and increasing control during cutting.
The weight distribution favors the handle, reinforcing stability and the object’s presence in the hand.
The fork and spoon extend this identity, forming a coherent and authorial set, developed by Herdmar in partnership with Atelier Carvalho Araújo.
