COSTA NOVA is a brand of the Portuguese company GRESTEL, founded in 1998 and internationally recognized for its expertise in the design and production of high-quality stoneware.

Their facilities use the purest Portuguese clays, advanced technologies, and a single-firing process at 1180 °C, resulting in exceptionally strong and durable products with a water absorption rate of less than 0.3%. Each piece is hand-finished by skilled artisans, preserving natural tones and subtle variations that make every item unique.

Since 1992, COSTA VERDE has been synonymous with clean, strong, and elegant porcelain, crafted according to the highest European standards. Costa Verde porcelain is distinguished by three defining qualities: whiteness, strength, and translucency. Each piece is made from carefully selected raw materials — quartz, feldspar, kaolin, and clay — and undergoes precise forming, glazing, and triple firing at temperatures of up to 1,400 °C.

The result is porcelain with outstanding mechanical and chemical resistance, fully non-porous and hygienic, making it ideal for both professional hospitality environments and everyday use.
