The new Vinci cutlery line was born from a moment of pure inspiration and aims to represent the perfect relationship of symbiosis between nature and the human being.

Strongly characterized by its elegant silhouette, the balance of the pieces promotes an odd comfort in its handling, as a result of an in-depth ergonomic study. Based on a trendily modern style, it has roots in the leaf-shaped design of the traditional north Australian tree Cupaniopsis Anacardioides where its organic shape reveals a flawless harmony with the modernism presented in the current international trends of tableware.

The current project was the result of a partnership between Herdmar and the Design School of the University of Minho, which aims to promote a more pragmatic and mutually evolving development bringing the academic community closer to national industry.
